How much is delivery? 

Delivery is $9.95 for all orders under $100 to anywhere in Australia. For all orders over $100, delivery is free to anywhere in Australia. To apply the free shipping discount enter the promo code shiptomefree at the cart.

Do we offer international shipping? 

International shipping can be arranged upon request. Shipping costs will be quoted upon receipt of a delivery address. If you would like to arrange for a quote for international shipping, please contact us here

Do we offer returns and exchanges? 

If you have changed your mind, you have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return or exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or an exchange. 

For all refunds and exchanges there will be a re stocking fee of 30% of the value of the original invoice. You will also be responsible for the freight costs involved in returning the item and reshipping the new item.

How long will my order take? 

Generally delivery time across Australia is 1 ~ 3 days. We dispatch our orders from Sydney so orders to Western Australia and the Northern Territory may on occasion take longer than three days.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from receiving them. If you contact us before we have dispatched your order, we can change your delivery details. If however you contact us after your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your order.
